What does it mean if a product is Refurbished or Imported?

If a product is labeled as Refurbished or Factory Serviced, that means that the manufacturer has serviced this product in some way.  It should still work the same as a new product, but will not carry the manufacturer's warranty.  If a product is labeled as an Import, that means that this product is not meant for use in the United States and it will not carry a manufacturer's warranty.

No, there is no set-up fee for becoming a PriceShaker.com merchant. 

How do I get my products listed?

PriceShaker is a shopping search engine that allows shoppers to compare stores, products and prices. This is accomplished by displaying complete product information from all stores listed in any given search result. To accomplish this, merchants must submit their product information to PriceShaker in the form of a product feed. Based upon the products in your feed, PriceShaker will list the products in the appropriate categories.

In what order are stores displayed?

Stores are displayed based on the price that is paid for listing the item.  Featured Merchants will be listed in the top four positions and based on the maximum price paid for listing the item.  Other merchants will be listed according to lowest price including shipping charges and availability of the product.  Those merchants who do not supply shipping and handling information will be listed at the bottom of the search, listed by lowest price.

How do I become a Featured Merchant?

Featured Merchants will be listed in the top four positions of the product search results.  In order to be listed as a Featured Merchant, you must be one of the top four highest bidders for the item and you must also have a high customer rating.  Customer ratings are based on many factors including Overall Customer Rating, if the customer would do business with you again, On-Time Delivery, helpful Customer Support and that the Product Meets the Customer's Expectations.
